CNC Screwing Center

The automatic screwing station is designed to efficiently screw the steel reinforcement bar into PVC profiles that come out of the RAPIDCUT 500 and TURBOCUT 500 machines.

• It automatically screws the profiles that directly come out from the TURBOCUT 500 or RAPIDCUT 500, eliminating the need for manual screwing.
• The screwing position is automatically centered using a servo motor controller, ensuring accurate and precise screwing.
• For maximum operation speed when working with long profiles, the station offers the option of using 3 screwing heads.
• The station is ergonomically designed and constructed with durability in mind, ensuring long-lasting performance.
• It can work with profiles ranging from a minimum size of 300mm to a maximum size of 4300mm, providing versatility for various project requirements.
