The Scientific and Technological Research Council Of Turkey has officially approved our groundbreaking Innovation as the foremost machining and cutting center capable of efficiently processing a remarkable 3000m of PVC profile within a mere 8 hours. Furthermore, our extraordinary model is safeguarded by international patent rights, solidifying its unique status. With its versatile field of application, our innovation excels in all hole drilling, channel slotting, and cutting operations, completing them with remarkable speed. In fact, it can effortlessly process 3000m in just 8 hours, resulting in approximately 300 windows being expertly handled.
Maximum performance
With an air-cooled spindle and 3-axis servo motor control, our innovation boasts 2 processing units and 12 high-speed, specially designed features. Its maximum performance is achieved with 3 fixed saw cutter units, each measuring 500-mm, capable of cutting angles at 45°, 90°, and 135°.
