Copy Router with Triple Drilling for PVC Profiles

The machine is designed for copy milling and triple drilling operations on both aluminium and PVC profiles.

• It features two independent routing units: one horizontal and one vertical.
• The horizontal unit allows for drilling three holes with fixed spacing.
• The vertical unit can be used for copy routing with the copying template.
• The movement of the units is smooth and stable, thanks to recirculating ball bearings.
• Shock-absorbers ensure smooth movement of the units.
• The machine has a 1:1 scale for copy-milling operations.
• It includes a horizontal pneumatic clamping kit.
• The operation depth can be adjusted, and there is a 4-position rotating star-type depth adjustment device for copy-milling.
• A side length stop is provided for precise measurements.
