Manual Single Head PVC Profile Cutting Machine

Designed for PVC and aluminium profiles cutting.

• The cutting range of this machine includes angles from +45° to -45°, as well as intermediate degrees.
• Convenient fixed stops are available at 90°, 75°, 60°, and 45°, eliminating the need for angle adjustments. Other positions can be easily set using a graduated rule as a reference.
• An additional lock on the sliding plate ensures stability when working with intermediate degrees.
• The sliding plate is designed to prevent sawdust from accumulating inside, ensuring a clean cutting process.
• A diamond saw blade with a diameter of 400 mm is used for precise cuts.
• The cutting head moves smoothly thanks to a shock-absorber mechanism.
• The machine includes a vertical pneumatic clamping kit for secure material positioning during cutting.
• Profiles can be conveniently clamped using a pedal press.
• The machine comes standard with completed bearing and measuring conveyors, each measuring 3 meters in length, for smooth material handling.
• Safety measures have been carefully implemented, both mechanically and electrically.
• The power supply is equipped with protection against voltage overload.
