Designed for the PVC profile glazing beads cutting.

• The cutting range includes +45° / -45° and intermediate degrees.
• A digital wireless ruler is included.
• The servo motor measurement adjusting system is utilized.

• The wireless measurement transferring system is based on radio frequency technology.
• On the mobile carriage, there are two fixed, opposed blade motors set at 45° to the workpiece support surface.
• There are 4 cutting saw blades made of HSS (High Speed Steel).
• A vertical pneumatic clamping system is provided.
• The mold adjustment is made easy with a setting handle.
• The cutting speed is adjustable with a regulator on the control panel.
• In one time, the machine is capable of double cutting. The completed bearing and measuring conveyors, each measuring 2 + 2.4 meters long, are standard equipment.
• Safety measures, both mechanical and electrical, have been given special attention.
• The power supply ensures protection of the system from voltage overload.
