Automatic PVC Profile Glazing Bead Cutting Machine

Designed for the PVC profile glazing beads cutting.

• The cutting range includes angles of +45° / -45° as well as intermediate degrees.
• On the mobile carriage, there are two fixed blade motors that are set at a 45° angle to the workpiece support surface.
• There are 4 HSS (High Speed Steel) cutting saw blades.
• The clamping system is pneumatic and operates vertically.
• There is a setting handle that allows for easy adjustment of the mold.
• The cutting speed is adjustable and controlled by a regulator on the control panel.
• The machine is capable of double cutting in one operation.
• The machine comes standard with completed bearing and measuring conveyors that are 2 + 2.4 meters long each.

Option:

• Simultaneous measurement of two sizes direct from frame with a quick measuring bar 2050 mm long
