Automatic Double Head Aluminium Cutting Machine

• The machine's 5 Axis Metal Processing Center is used to machine the crack mill basis and the linear guides basis, as well as drill and tap the connection holes for the crack mill and the linear guides.
• All parts of the machine are given an electrostatic powder coated painting for a durable and visually appealing finish.
• The machine is equipped with a sawblade with a diameter of 600 mm.
• The cutting heads have the ability to tilt pneumatically, either 90 degrees or 45 degrees outwards or inwards, using a cylinder. In-between angles can be adjusted manually.
