All operations on four sides of Aluminium profiles such as cutting, marking, opening key holes, copy routing for water slot milling, hinge holes, handle holes etc can be done by a 3 axis controlled CNC processing center.

• The machine is equipped with 12 high-speed custom-made and air-cooled spindles that can cut at angles ranging from 22.5° to 157.5° with a precision of 0.1°. The cutting is controlled by a servo axis, ensuring accurate and precise results.
• A 600 mm-diameter saw is included for efficient and effective cutting.
• The machine features 3 axes and a 360° rotatable gripper positioning system, allowing for versatile and flexible operation.
• Automatic profile length recognition ensures seamless and efficient processing.
• The profile feeding unit can accommodate profiles of any size, ranging from 500 mm to 6500 mm.
• An automatic lubrication system is installed for easy maintenance and prolonged machine life.
